Holdout creditor confirms settlement in Detroit bankruptcy

DETROIT, Sept 15 (Reuters) - Syncora Guarantee Inc, one of Detroit's remaining holdout creditors, confirmed on Monday it has reached a "comprehensive settlement" with the city.
