UPDATE 1-Genco Shipping files for bankruptcy protection

April 21 (Reuters) - Genco Shipping & Trading Ltd said it filed for pre-packaged Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection after struggling with weak rates due to an oversupply of vessels.
